Vinology is by definition the study of wine and winemaking and it represents our passion and commitment to provide both great wines and wine related services. Our company image is represented by a Hourglass shaped as two opposing triangles and it takes inspiration from the Ancient European symbols of Air, Earth, Water and Sun. Hourglass also represents Time, which is the relentless force through which these elements shape nature and that flows like wine flows in a glass. As wine becomes more defined through aging, so does our soul, therefore let’s always make time to drink a good glass of wine, because “our glass is timeless!”

We aim at bringing good value, modern Italian wines suitable for the ever more sophisticated Taiwanese consumer: at Vinology you will find all the Italian Classics such as Barolo, Amarone Prosecco, Pinot Grigio and Chianti, as well as hidden gems like Taurasi, Corvina, Nerello Mascalese, Nosiola and Negroamaro.

We are also passionately promoting Italian wine culture in Taiwan through wine tasting, wine classes and food & wine pairings.
